For my birthday, I would like to eat a meatloaf cake with my friends… and I want to design a font that looks straight out of a 1980’s Slasher film. So that’s just what I did…
Birthday Massacre is inspired by classic b-horror films and comic books. It’s perfect for title copy in a lot of projects ranging anywhere from book covers, posters, comics, apparel, video, coffee mugs… it’s pretty versatile. It even has a few versions of every letter, giving you some choice in your letterforms and a much more natural look… and some language support, in case you’re planning on going outside English-speaking countries.
Thanks for checking it out. Let me know if you have any questions… or if you want to know my 5 favorite Vincent Price films.
- Subtle details in this font will give any project an authentic noir vibe.
- Combinations of light and heavy weight allow for a lot of versatility in design.
- Hand drawn lettering style with rough edges and gritty feel.
- Designed with comic books in mind, but works well for anything sci fi or dark.
